85% physical, 15% technique.

Forget about running fast, concentrate on orienteering fast.

See friends, watch films, eat chocolate, drink some wine..

Fast continental-style forests; Lake District.

British and JK several times, BUSA, World Students Relay 2002.

How do you run so fast through terrain without falling over or twisting an ankle?

Practice and have very bendy ankles!

Canoeing.
