Notes:-

(1) runner finished first in last year's overall World Cup and will thus start last in each of the Middle and Long races (if entered)
(2) runner finished second in last year's overall World Cup and will thus start last but one in each of the Middle and Long races (if entered)
(3) runner finished third in last year's overall World Cup and will thus start last but two in each of the Middle and Long races (if entered)
All other Red Start runners start in the remaining last seven positions; their order will be drawn at random.
Wild card runners are those appointed as members of the Red Start group by the Organiser.
Five reserves have been idenitified in accordance with the Special Rules. These will take the place(s) of any of the Red Start runners who are not declared for either of the Long or Middle races.

Team leaders with runners in the Red Start are reminded that they nominate their remaining runners to the Early, Middle and Late start blocks in the usual way, with not more than two runners in each block.
