BRITISH ORIENTEERING FEDERATION SECURES SPONSORSHIP FOR THE WORLD CUP

The British Orienteering Federation is delighted to announce that Anglo Irish Bank is to be the prime sponsor of the Orienteering World Cup to be held 29 April - 3 May in Surrey and London.
The support from Anglo Irish Bank means that the Orienteering World Cup will be an innovative and memorable event for spectators, with video footage and instant results being shown on a big screen in the race arena.
The support of Anglo Irish Bank will help to raise the profile of orienteering in the UK through the filming of the races for a TV programmein the Sport Nation series on Sky Sports.
At the announcement of the sponsorship, John Rowan, Managing Director, Anglo Irish Bank, said,
