10. Transport Schedule
It is hoped that visitors will be allowed to travel to all competition sites in their own transport but see below for the recommendation relating to the Sprint Final. It is likely that there will be a parking fee (of about £1 per day per vehicle) collected at the entrance to the car park. However, this will depend on final arrangements with landowners, police and weather conditions and will be confirmed in Bulletin 4 and at the Team Officials' Meetings. For your information, the approximate journey times from the Event Centre to the Race Arenas are:
|
Friday, Sprint Qualification
|
5 to 15 minutes (depending on traffic, which will be very heavy)

|
Saturday, Relay
|
about 30 minutes
|
|
Sunday, Long
|

|
Pre-booked transportation will be provided from the Event Centre to and from each competition site. Tickets will need to be reserved and paid in advance at £40 per person for the competition period. Please ensure that your payment is included on Form F5. The first bus will be scheduled to arrive at the Race Arena about 60 minutes before the first start.
Quite often free uk chat rooms are offered either as free trials or with a money back guarantee so go ahead and try them out. The Free UK Chat Rooms are excellent places to find the right psychic for you. Free uk chat rooms have always been there over internet.
It is recommended that everyone uses the official coaches from the Event Centre to Battersea for the Sprint Final on Monday 2nd May. The organisers are not able to arrange adequate car parking in the immediate vicinity of Battersea Park. On street parking in this part of London is likely to be difficult. Consequently it is strongly recommended that everyone reserves a seat on the official coaches for this day. The cost will be £10 per person for the return journey on this day, there will be no reduction for those not returning on the official coaches. Tickets must be purchased in advance either at the Event Centre or preferably included with Form F5 and the full final payment of fees etc.
Seats for those visitors requesting official transport to all venues during the event will be automatically booked on this day and the cost is included in the £40 fee.

12. Training and Model Event
It will be possible to visit local areas for Training on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 April. It is hoped that most of these will be within 30 - 40 minutes drive of the Event Centre.
The Model area will be available on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 April. It is under 3km from the Event Centre but it is necessary to travel across the Town Centre. At peak times, the traffic will be very heavy and the journey could take 15 minutes.
Event Officials will be present at the Model Area from 1000 to 1200 on Friday to carry out demonstrations and be available to answer questions.
A sample of the control arrangement for the Sprint Race will be on display in the pre-start area for the Qualification Race
Further details, directions and maps for both training and the model event will be available from the Event Office.

The latest information on the race schedule is provided earlier in this bulletin. The medal ceremonies will be held in the race arenas immediately after the race winners are known and the winners will also be available to meet the media at that time.
We would be grateful if Media representatives could make contact with the event just as soon as possible by sending a completed Registration Form to the Event Office. This will ensure that they are given appropriate accreditation. Accommodation can also be booked on receipt of the form and deposit. It will also help the event to provide the necessary facilities.
Media representatives can obtain further information by contacting .
15. Event Party
The Event Party will start at 1900 on Tuesday 3rd May in The Spectrum Bowl, so brush up on your Ten Pin bowling skills. Tickets, costing £10, can be reserved on Form F5 or purchased at the Event Office.
16. Tracking
Details have not been finalised yet but it is possible that we may use the TracTrac tracking system for the leading runners on some days. If this is agreed, runners will be asked to wear small transmitters during the race. Those runners not equipped with transmitters will be asked to wear dummy equipment, of the same weight, instead.
