Website information

The World Cup website has been kindly hosted by St Paul's School, using the server which runs the school website, its intranet and various other websites, and uses Firefly.NET as its underlying software.

During the lifetime of the site, it has received over 70 000 hits, the vast majority of these being in the two months either side of the World Cup events. A breakdown of these hits follows.

Notes:

• All hit statistics refer to the website homepage at www.wcup2005.org.uk
• World Cup Day 1 was 29th April and Day 5 was 3rd May
• The website was also a portal to the separate "live" site
• The website also contained all information about the Surrey Five-O public races held at the same time.
